APHS students Kate Happy, Jack Kelly, Joe Kocsis, and science teacher, Darlene Hunter, spoke to the Delta Kappa Gamma Society International’s local chapter about climate change.
The group included 10 current and retired teachers from the Capital Region whose mission is to promote professional and personal growth of women educators and excellence in education.
The students spoke passionately about the importance of climate change advocacy and shared several solutions regarding what needs to be done to help combat this global issue.
