Students from Coxsackie-Athens High School Help Desk visited the student staff at the APPS Suite at our high school!
AP students talked with C-A about how our help desk runs, our close collaboration with the district technology office, and responsibilities our student staff members have. They shared many new ideas from their spaces as well.
Students generated ideas for further collaboration, virtual and phone calls, to utilize each other to troubleshoot tech issues. We’re certain this is the beginning of a great collaboration!
