DOES YOUR STUDENT NEED INTERNET ACCESS?
Please reach out to the Main Office by phone at 518-674-7100 if your child does not have internet access at home. Please share this information with others in the community who you believe may not receive school electronic communications. This information was also shared over the announcements at school on Monday and all present students on Monday were surveyed about their connectivity at home.
We also received this notification from a parent: Spectrum is offering free Internet access to Capital Region households that have students sent home due to the COVID-19 outbreak. The 60-day offer is only available to households that aren’t already Spectrum customers. The offer includes free WiFi access. Call 844-488-8395 to enroll. Installation fees are also being waived. The offer begins March 16.

ELA 9 HONORS APPLICATION PROCESS
8th grade students applying for the English 9 Honors course should submit your application no later than Friday, March 20. You should email your responses to your English teacher directly.

YEARBOOK ORDERS
The yearbook goes on! Orders are being accepted for the 2019-2020 Algonquin Middle School yearbook.
The cost of the basic yearbook is $26.00 with upgrades optional.
Order your child’s copy by going to ybpay.lifetouch.com and enter code # 11617120. The deadline for ordering is March 31, 2020. Extra yearbooks will not be available if you do not order online.
8TH GRADE BABY PICTURES
Would you like your 8th graders baby picture to be included in the 2019/2020 Algonquin yearbook? It is time to send those adorable baby pictures in. Pictures need to be sent digitally in .jpeg format. If they are not in this format, they cannot be used. Please send your photo to algonquinyearbook@apcsd.org. Please include your child’s name in the subject line of the email. Pictures will be due by March 30, 2020.
