Position Available: Two (2) Summer School Teacher Aides
July 6 through August 14, 2020
8:15 am – 1:45 pm (5.5 hours per day)
Salary: Salary in accordance with terms of the CSEA agreement.
Must have experience working with special needs students
Job responsibilities will include lifting and help with activities of daily living (toileting and hygiene)
Familiarity with behavior plans preferred
Preference may be given to individuals who can best provide continuity of program based on current program or in the upcoming school year
Must be responsible, tactful, flexible, cooperative and able to work effectively as a team member
Must be self-directed, well organized, dependable and able to accept direction
Must be alert, calm and have a confident manner with students
Able to communicate effectively with teachers and children
Available and able to commit to the entire summer program
