While we are hopeful that we will be able to continue with our current instructional plan for the remainder of the school year, we realize that, at some point, we may have to switch to 100% remote learning for all students. In an effort to be proactive about this potential scenario, we have created a technology survey so that we are aware of our students’ needs.
Please complete the below form for each child that you have attending an elementary school in the Averill Park Central School District by October 31. If your child is currently attending school in our 100% virtual model, you do not need to complete this form.
