Today (Monday, Dec. 28) the District was notified that a remote employee who is not associated with a specific building or department, a student at West Sand Lake Elementary School and two students at Algonquin Middle School have tested positive for the COVID-19 virus. These cases do not require school-based contact tracing due to the last time that the individuals were in their respective buildings.
While we understand that you might like to know additional details, due to privacy laws we cannot release any identifiable information about the individuals.
