Today (Monday, Jan. 25) the District was notified that the following individuals have tested positive for the COVID-19 virus:
- Algonquin Middle School virtual student
- High School staff member
The Rensselaer County Department of Health has determined that there was no district exposure with the above cases, and no further contact tracing or quarantining is necessary.
There is one case that requires contact tracing:
- West Sand Lake Elementary School student, contact tracing complete
While we understand that you might like additional details, due to privacy laws we cannot release any identifiable information about the individuals or affected students.
