Today (Wednesday, Feb. 17) the District was notified that a student at Poestenkill Elementary School and a staff member at Miller Hill-Sand Lake Elementary School, who also works in the Transportation Department, have tested positive for the COVID-19 virus. We have been in contact with the Rensselaer County Department of Health to determine school-based close contacts. Individuals who may need to quarantine have been contacted.
