Today Algonquin Middle School held a Virtual Warrior Way Assembly as part of Morning Meeting.
During the Warrior Way Assemblies, we celebrate the three principles of the school’s character education program, focusing on respect, effort and actions. Today’s assembly put a spotlight on perseverance and small actions making a big difference in our world.
Two students, Diana Parker and Schuyler Nizinkirck, who recently put up inspirational post-it notes on mirrors in the school restrooms were recognized as Ultimate Warriors. AMS also recognized our substitute teachers who have kept us going throughout this school year, including Ms. Erin Macari and Mr. Ernie Repepi, who are our two most frequent subs this year.
