This festival was developed and organized to provide students with a venue to explore and share their creative efforts in the media arts.
The collection of artwork is a combined effort of 18 school districts that submitted 182 pieces of artwork. Every school selected 12 images for Photography and Graphic Design and up to 15 minutes of film. The judges selected outstanding works to receive awards in the Film, Graphic Design and Photography genre. The judges are art educators and artists; Elissa Ebersold, George Dirolf and Ray Felix who selected the work for awards.
