Parents/Guardians,
As stated earlier this week, the District is requiring parents/guardians to fill out a transportation form to assist the Transportation Department in developing more efficient bus routes for the 2021-22 school year.
If you have not already filled out the mandatory student transportation form, please do so as soon as possible if your child requires transportation for the upcoming year. Please note that this form was previously shared with families. If you have already completed this form, do not re-submit it as it will skew the data.
As a reminder, if your child requires alternate transportation to a destination that is different than the primary home address listed on file, due to circumstances such as childcare or a two-family household, please fill out the alternate transportation form by August 15.
