In the November issue of NYSMATA’s (New York State Media Art Teachers Association) digital newsletter, Averill Park High School Senior Liam Rounds is featured for his work in AP Studio Art last year.
This edition of the widely-viewed publication features Liam as the “Student Artist Spotlight” and includes an extensive interview with multiple images of his work.
In the spring, Liam received a perfect score of 5 from the College Board for his art portfolio that combined both digital and traditional media. He plans to major in visual art with the intention to continue into the fashion and/or graphic design field. Additionally, Liam recently met the rigorous criteria to apply for various opportunities connected to political art activism programs and related scholarships.
