The Averill Park Central School District will host a COVID-19 booster vaccine clinic provided by Youngs Pharmacy on Friday, January 14, from 4-6 p.m. at Algonquin Middle School. Anyone attending must already have completed their initial COVID-19 vaccine series and be eligible for the booster.
Anyone interested in attending the clinic should fill out this form as soon as possible.
