U.S. Congressman Antonio Delgado (NY-19) announced that Averill Park High School’s Ashlee Bayer is the 2022 winner of the Congressional Art Competition.
Ashlee’s winning piece was an oil on canvas painting titled “All There Is”. The painting will be displayed in the U.S. Capitol in Washington D.C. for a full year.
The Congressional Art Competition is an annual event hosted by the House of Representatives, allowing high school students from across the country to showcase their artistic talents.
