A MESSAGE FROM THE NURSE

Students entering grade 7 are required to have a grade level physical and must receive the meningococcal A vaccine. Please contact your child’s physician to schedule an appointment for a physical and vaccination if your child has not yet received it. The physical must be completed after 9/1/21. If your child requires a medication at school, a provider’s order is needed.
Fall sport sign up will begin in July. Each registered athlete will be required to have a physical that will be less than one year old on the first day of practice on file at the health office.
Physicals and immunization documentation may be faxed to the health office @ 518 674 8426 or emailed to the nurse at sheaa@apcsd.org.

CHROMEBOOK REMINDER

As we wind down the school year, it is important that your child remembers to charge their Chromebook each night and bring it to school every day, even on field trip days. If the battery life falls below 20%, the battery has to be sent to our Technology Department to be reseated. If students are charging their Chromebooks every day, this should ensure that their school day and learning is not interrupted.
