Fall Sports Registration Open July 24 to Aug. 6

Registration for fall sports begins on Monday, July 24.  Please make sure all fall student-athletes have their parent/guardian complete the Fall 2023 Registration Form at https://www.familyid.com/averill-park-central-school-district-athletic-departmentby Sunday, Aug. 6 if they wish to play.  Student-athletes must also have a current health physical (that is valid for the entire upcoming season) on file prior to the start of the season.  Physicals are good for a period of 12 months.  Student-athletes should have their physical performed by their primary care provider.  If this is not possible please contact the APHS or AMS Health Office.

Please note, for 7th/8th grade student-athletes interested in going through the Athletic Placement Process (APP) to participate in a JV or varsity spring sport, only those student-athletes previously personally asked by the head varsity coach will be allowed to go through the process.  Once registered you will be emailed a permission slip and a physical maturity form to be completed by your family physician.  Please return the permission slip to Dylan Larkin (larkind@apcsd.org) and the physical maturity form to Rebecca Everett (everettr@apcsd.org) by Sunday, Aug. 6th.  If your son/daughter is not registered and/or the permission slip is not returned by the deadline, then your child will not be allowed to go through the APP and will only be allowed to play at the modified level.
