On April 8, 2024, AMS had a great turn out for their Eclipse Viewing Party on Monday afternoon. Nearly 300 students participated, staying after school to learn about the eclipse with their science teachers, enjoy snacks and of course view the eclipse as it happened on the back fields.
This event was a success due to the 20 AMS teachers who stayed afterschool, Mr. Cavotta, Ms. Condo, Ms. Brand, and Ms. Baker.
On April 8, 2024, APHS students safely observed the Partial Solar Eclipse at their Solar Eclipse viewing party.
