Today (Thursday, Jan. 21) the District was notified that a student at Algonquin Middle School has tested positive for the COVID-19 virus. Due to the last time that the individual was on campus, contact tracing is not required by the Rensselaer County Department of Health.
While we understand that you might like additional details, due to privacy laws we cannot release any identifiable information about the individuals or affected students.
