Today (Wednesday, Jan. 27) the District was notified that a staff member at Algonquin Middle School has tested positive for the COVID-19 virus. Due to the last time that the individual was in the building, there is no need for school-based contact tracing.
While we understand that you might like additional details, due to privacy laws we cannot release any identifiable information about the individuals or affected students.
