Today (Monday, March 15) the District was notified that a student at Algonquin Middle School and a student at Averill Park High School who attends Questar III BOCES have tested positive for the COVID-19 virus. We have been in contact with the Rensselaer County Department of Health and school-based contact tracing has been completed. In addition, a Greenbush Child Caring staff member who works at Poestenkill Elementary School has tested positive. All students who need to quarantine for this case have been contacted.
