Today (Tuesday, March 16) the District was notified that a student at Averill Park High School has tested positive for the COVID-19 virus. We have been in contact with the Rensselaer County Department of Health and school-based contact tracing has been completed.
While we understand that you might like additional details, due to privacy laws we cannot release any identifiable information about the individuals or affected students.
