On Wednesday, September 22, the Averill Park Central School District was notified that one student at Miller Hill-Sand Lake Elementary School and one student at West Sand Lake Elementary School have tested positive for the COVID-19 virus. Due to the last time the students were in their respective buildings, there is no need for school-based contact tracing.
