On November 10, West Sand Lake Elementary School, Miller Hill-Sand Lake Elementary School and Poestenkill Elementary School hosted a Reverse Parade to thank local veterans throughout the District.
Students enjoyed honoring Veterans who drove through in cars, trucks, and even a golf cart! Veterans were presented with gifts, as well.
We would like to thank the local Fire Departments for leading parades, cadets from La Salle Institute for attending WSL, and the community for joining in on the celebration of our local heroes who have served, or are currently serving.
