On Thursday, November 18, the Averill Park Central School District was notified that one staff member in the District Office, one student at Averill Park High School, one student at Miller Hill-Sand Lake Elementary School, and two students at Poestenkill Elementary School have tested positive for the COVID-19 virus. School-based contact tracing has been completed and all those affected have been notified.
