Good afternoon APHS Class of 2022,
With the Commencement Ceremony coming up soon, members of the Senior Class who were interested in delivering one of our two speeches were asked to submit anonymous scripts of their proposed speech, with just a phone number to identify who they are.
In total we received 8 potential speeches.
Our screening committee has reviewed all speeches, and we are pleased to announce that the following two members of the Class of 2022 will speak at graduation:
- Alex Gaboury
- Erin Schulz
Congratulations to these two students, and thank you to all the students who submitted speeches!
Additionally, this week your Senior Class Officers made recommendations for this year’s guest speaker. As a result of their work, we are pleased to announce that Mr. Jim McPartlin will deliver the guest speech at this year’s ceremony!
Please remember, the Commencement Ceremony for the APHS Class of 2022 will occur on Thursday, June 23 at 6:30 pm at the MVP Arena. No tickets will be required and graduates may invite as many family and guests to attend as they would like.
Be sure to stay focused and remain on task for the next couple of weeks of instruction, and we look forward to seeing you all at the many celebratory events planned in the weeks to come.
