Congratulations to Shanon Kershaw and Travis Malone, both from the Technology Department, for being named Averill Park CSD Employees of the Month for February 2023!
Both Kershaw and Malone are described as being kind, always willing to help, and patient. They don’t only assist students, but also teachers and parents. The two are available day and night, regardless of the weather conditions, to ensure everyone is connected to the network throughout the day. Both employees have excellent customer service skills as they will even stop into a classroom after an issue has been resolved to make sure that the fix is working properly.
Elementary students especially love when Kershaw and Malone do ‘magic’ by fixing something in the classroom remotely!
