WSL K-Kids were joined by several of the APHS Mr. AP contestants and their escorts this week! APHS seniors Quinn Gaddard-Hathaway, Hannah Ryan, Joe Milanese, Alex VanDerKar, Austin Sicko and Bryanna Swinson volunteered to mentor the students and inspired them by sharing ways they have shown AP Warrior Pride through athletic sportsmanship, community service, teamwork, and school spirit.
During the meeting, students braided dog toys from fleece. The dog toys will be donated to John Gray, author of Keller’s Heart, when he visits WSL later this month, as part of the school’s efforts to support shelter pets.
