2020 - 2021 Board of Education Meeting Schedule

Board Meetings are held at 6:30 p.m. at the Averill Park High School – LGI, unless otherwise noted.

July 7, 2020 Board of Education Meeting 6:30 p.m. Annual Organizational Meeting; Public Hearing for Code of Conduct 2020-21 and Safe Schools Plan will be held at the conclusion of the re-organization meeting.  A regular Board of Education meeting will be held at the conclusion of the public hearings.  This will be a ZOOM Meeting

July 28, 2020 Special Board of Education Meeting 4:30 p.m. All people in attendance will be required to wear a mask.  In order to maintain social distancing, tape has been placed on seats in the auditorium.   Since there is six feet between seats with tape, audience members should sit in those seats only.

August 10, 2020  Board of Education Meeting 7:30 p.m.  This will be a ZOOM Meeting

Community members seeking to provide questions or comments to the Board of Education should email them to the District Clerk at primeaul@apcsd.org.  Comments and questions that are received before the conclusion of the Board of Education meeting on Monday, August 10th will be recorded in the minutes of the meeting.  As a reminder, the District has established an email for questions and comments specifically related to the reopening of school (reopen@apcsd.org).  Emails sent to the "reopen" email address will be used in the development of future communications.

September 14, 2020  Audit Committee 5:30 p.m.  Board of Education Meeting 6:30 p.m. This will be a ZOOM Meeting

October 5, 2020 Board of Education Meeting 6:30 p.m.   All people in attendance will be required to wear a mask and maintain social distancing,  The meeting will be livestreamed on the District's YouTube Channel as well.  A Board member will be participating virtually from 384 Snyders Corner Rd. Poestenkill, NY

October 19, 2020  Audit Committee 5:30 p.m. Board of Education Meeting 6:30 p.m. Presentations: District Learning Team and Special Education Plan.  School Board Recognition Week October 19-23, 2020 This will be a ZOOM Meeting
