 Directions to Miller Hill Elementary School

From NY State Thruway & Interstate 87:

  • From the South, take Exit 23 onto I-787 North to I-90 East;
  • From the West, take Exit 24 onto I-90 East;
  • From the North (I-87), take Exit 1E onto I-90 East;
  • Stay on I-90 East; take Exit 8 to Defreestville and cross over Route 4 to Route 43 East, Averill Park is 7½ miles ahead, go through Averill Park and approximately ½ mile you’ll come to the intersection of Routes 43 and 66. (Cumberland Farms will be on your left). At the light, take a left onto Route 66 and immediately on your left is Miller Hill Elementary School.

From Troy:

  • From downtown Troy proceed east on Route 2 (Congress Street) to Route 66 (Pawling Avenue) until just before it intersects with Route 43, (8½ miles). Miller Hill Elementary School is on Route 66 on the right, just before Cumberland Farms and the intersection of Route 66 and 43.

 Directions to Averill Park High School and District Offices and CSE Office

From NY State Thruway & Interstate 87:

  • From the South, take Exit 23 onto I-787 North to I-90 East;
  • From the West, take Exit 24 onto I-90 East;
  • From the North (I-87), take eExit 1E onto I-90 East;
  • Stay on I-90 East; take Exit 8 to Defreestville and cross over Route 4 to Route 43 East, continue for approximately 5 miles to the intersection of Routes 43 & 150 (traffic light). Continue on Route 43 East for approximately 2 more miles. Take a left onto Gettle Rd. (on the right is a Sunoco gas station). The High School is on your left.

From Troy:

  • From downtown Troy, proceed East on Route 2 (Congress St.) to Route 66 (Pawling Ave.). Follow Route 66S to Wynantskill (where it becomes Main Ave.). Approximately 1 mile past the intersection of Route 150, bear right (at Valente’s Gravel) staying on Route 66. From the intersection of Route 351 (traffic light) go about 1 mile to Y intersection with County Route 45 (Old Route 66). Turn right following signs to Averill Park. Proceed for approximately 1 mile to the intersection of Crystal Lake Rd. (on left) and Gettle Rd. (on right). Turn right onto Gettle Road. High School is ½ mile ahead on your right.

 Directions to Algonquin Middle School

From NY State Thruway & Interstate 87:

  • From the South, take Exit 23 onto I-787 North to I-90 East;
  • From the West, take Exit 24 onto I-90 East;
  • From the North (I-87), take eExit 1E onto I-90 East;
  • Stay on I-90 East; take Exit 8 to Defreestville and cross over Route 4 to Route 43 East, continue for approximately 5 miles to the intersection of Routes 43 & 150 (traffic light). Continue on Route 43 about ½ mile and take a left onto Route 351. Stay on Route 351 to the intersection of Route 66 (traffic light). At the light take a left. The Middle School is on your left.

From Troy:

  • From downtown Troy, proceed East on Route 2 (Congress St.) to Route 66 (Pawling Ave.) . Follow Route 66S to Wynantskill (where it becomes Main Ave.). Approximately 1 mile past the intersection of Route 150, bear right (at Valente’s Gravel) staying on Route 66. Continue past the Hollywood Drive-In Theater (on left) and approximately ½ mile on your right is Algonquin Middle School.

 Directions to Poestenkill Elementary School

From NY State Thruway & Interstate 87:

  • From the South, take Exit 23 onto I-787 North to I-90 East;
  • From the West, take Exit 24 onto I-90 East;
  • From the North (I-87), take Exit 1E onto I-90 East;
  • Stay on I-90 East; take Exit 8 to Defreestville and cross over Route 4 to Route 43 East, continue for approximately 5 miles to the intersection of Routes 43 & 150 (traffic light). Continue on Route 43 East about ½ mile and take a left onto Route 351. Stay on Route 351, (you’ll cross over Route 66 at the traffice light) approximately 2 miles. Just before the blinking, take a left onto Snyders Corner Road. Take your next right onto School Street. The school will be on your left.

From Troy:

  • From downtown Troy, proceed East on Route 2 Congress St.) to Route 66 (Pawling Ave.). Follow Route 66S to Wynantskill (where it becomes Main Ave.). Approximately 1 mile past the intersection of Route 150, (at Valente’s Gravel) stay straight onto Route 355. Continue on Route 355 for approximately 2 miles. Take a right onto Veterans Street. Go around a sharp turn and the school will be on your right.

 Directions to West Sand Lake Elementary School

From NY State Thruway & Interstate 87:

  • From the South, take Exit 23 onto I-787 North to I-90 East;
  • From the West, take Exit 24 onto I-90 East;
  • From the North (I-87), take Exit 1E onto I-90 East;
  • Stay on I-90 East; take Exit 8 to Defreestville and cross over Route 4 to Route 43 East. Continue for approximately 5 miles to the intersection of Routes 43 & 150 (traffic light). At the light take a right onto Route 150 South. Take your first right onto Meeler Road and the school is located on your left.

From Troy:

  • From downtown Troy, proceed East on Route 2 (Congress St.) to Route 66 (Pawling Ave.). Follow Route 66S to Wynantskill (where it becomes Main Ave.). Take a right onto Whiteview Road. At your next light take a left,you will be on Route 150 South. Continue on Route 150 and cross over the intersection with Route 43 (traffic light). Take your first right onto Meeler Road. The school will be on your left.
