On Monday, May 9, the Averill Park Central School District Board of Education approved a revised 2021-22 district calendar. Due to the emergency closure on Friday, April 29, the school year has been extended one day.

Tuesday, June 21 was originally scheduled for a half-day for students in grades K-8. It will now be a full day of instruction. Wednesday, June 22 and Thursday, June 23 will be half-days for students in grades K-8. Thursday will now serve as the last day of school for students in K-8. Students in grades 9-12 will have Regents testing on those days.
